Set an exception on an instance's entitlement

The vendor's explicit, dated decision on one entitlement of one instance, without a code: the last layer of the effective entitlements, after the licence, the add-ons and the boosts. It wins over them and may lower the value. One unrevoked exception per instance and entitlement at any instant. Emits INSTANCE_ENTITLEMENT_EXCEPTION_CREATED. Works whether or not billing is enabled.

A JWT verified by the proxy in front of this API, or a Kaiten access token (ksh_...) — send either as Authorization: Bearer <token>. The scopes listed on each operation are checked server-side against current stored user assignments or stored service-token permissions, never JWT claims; write:<module> implies read:<module>, and read:* / write:* are wildcards over every module. x-kaiten-scopes lists every scope such a token can carry, including those enforced by a service in front of this API rather than by one of its operations.

List an instance's entitlement exceptions

The instance's exceptions, latest start first, each with its status at the read. Works whether or not billing is enabled.

Revoke an entitlement exception

Revokes an exception and keeps it, readable with filter=all: a scheduled one never starts, an active one ends at once. Revoking one already revoked or ended changes nothing. Emits INSTANCE_ENTITLEMENT_EXCEPTION_REVOKED. Works whether or not billing is enabled.
