Attach an add-on to an instance

Gives an instance an add-on version and a quantity. The entitlements apply at once; a subscription bills the quantity held at each boundary, without proration. One version per family: moving to another version is detach then attach. Emits INSTANCE_ADDON_ADDED. Requires billing to be enabled for the organization.

A JWT verified by the proxy in front of this API, or a Kaiten access token (ksh_...) — send either as Authorization: Bearer <token>. The scopes listed on each operation are checked server-side against current stored user assignments or stored service-token permissions, never JWT claims; write:<module> implies read:<module>, and read:* / write:* are wildcards over every module. x-kaiten-scopes lists every scope such a token can carry, including those enforced by a service in front of this API rather than by one of its operations.

List an instance's add-ons

The add-ons an instance holds, in attachment order, each with the prices its subscription bills. Requires billing to be enabled for the organization.

Change an instance add-on's quantity

Changes how many units of an add-on an instance holds, at once, a decrease included. The entitlements follow at once; the next invoice bills the new quantity. It cancels a decrease the customer scheduled (pendingQuantity), even when the quantity is the one held. Emits INSTANCE_ADDON_QUANTITY_CHANGED. Requires billing to be enabled for the organization.
