Update billing settings

Replaces the organization's billing defaults. A subscription that names its own terms keeps them; the others take these at their next invoice.

A JWT verified by the proxy in front of this API, or a Kaiten access token (ksh_...) — send either as Authorization: Bearer <token>. The scopes listed on each operation are checked server-side against current stored user assignments or stored service-token permissions, never JWT claims; write:<module> implies read:<module>, and read:* / write:* are wildcards over every module. x-kaiten-scopes lists every scope such a token can carry, including those enforced by a service in front of this API rather than by one of its operations.

Get billing settings

The organization's billing defaults: the collection method and payment terms a subscription gets when it names none of its own. An organization that never wrote them has the defaults (SEND_INVOICE, 30 days).

Sync with the payment providers now

Runs one sync pass now for each payment provider the organization has connected: payments, voids and finalizations done in the provider are mirrored, as the periodic pass does. Refused when none is connected (409 SyncProvider.NotConnected). Requires billing to be enabled for the organization.
