Dashboard
The Dashboard (/dashboard) provides a real-time operational health overview of your Kaiten organization.
KPI Cards
The top row summarizes key metrics across your organization:

|---|---|
| Customers | Total number of customers in your organization |
| Active Instances | Instances currently active, with a sub-count expiring in 60 days |
| Expiring in 30 days | Instances whose license ends within the next 30 days |
| Licenses | Total number of licenses defined |
| Feature Flags Enabled | Ratio of enabled flags out of total flags defined |
| Tokens Expiring Soon | Number of API tokens approaching expiration, out of total tokens |
Operational Cards
Below the KPIs, three cards surface actionable signals:

|---|---|
| Entitlements Near Threshold | Count of entitlements where instance usage is approaching or has exceeded the configured threshold |
| Release Coverage | Number of deployment zones currently mapped to a release version vs total zones |
| Automation Surface | Total number of active API tokens across all service accounts |
Charts
License Expiration Forecast
A bar chart showing the distribution of active instances by how far their license end date is in the future:
- 0–7d — expiring within the week
- 8–30d — expiring within the month
- 31–60d — expiring within 2 months
- 61–90d — expiring within 3 months
- 90d+ — licenses with more than 90 days remaining
Top Customers by Active Instances
A horizontal bar chart ranking customers by their number of active instances. Useful for identifying your largest tenants at a glance.
Token Security Posture
A donut chart showing the health distribution of API tokens across service accounts:
- Healthy — tokens with a valid expiry date set
- No Expiry — tokens without an expiration date (higher security risk)
