Triggered when an invoice's payment provider holds amounts that differ from Kaiten's. Kaiten never corrects itself: void and recompose the invoice.

Triggered when an invoice's payment provider has issued it, right after INSTANCE_INVOICE_ISSUED.
Instance Invoice Released Webhook
Triggered when a held invoice leaves its hold: released by the organization, recomposed from a sound journal, or found sound by a later check. It is issued in the same transaction.
