Read the caller's notification preferences
Every notifiable event, with this user's effective value per channel: their own choice where they made one, the catalog default otherwise. Events absent from the catalog of an installation never appear, which is what keeps high-volume system events out of the feed.
Authorization
bearerAuth read:notificationsA JWT verified by the proxy in front of this API, or a Kaiten access token (ksh_...) — send either as Authorization: Bearer <token>. The scopes listed on each operation are the ones the token must carry; write:<module> implies read:<module>, and read:* / write:* are wildcards over every module. x-kaiten-scopes lists every scope such a token can carry, including those enforced by a service in front of this API rather than by one of its operations.

}Revoke a token for a service account
Revoke an API token for a service account. Once revoked, the token can no longer be used for authentication. The organization context is derived from the authenticated user's JWT token.
Set the caller's notification preferences
Stores the signed-in user's choices and answers with the whole matrix. A value that equals the catalog default is stored as no row at all, so a later change to that default still reaches this user.
